* Must Create-A-Sim from scratch .... female of course... unless you have a Mod where Men can have babies! SIM *MUST* have the Family Orientated trait
* When creating a SIM you can create her with in a "family" but she must be a young adult and be moved out of the family into her own house right away.
* Any life span is acceptable, but Epic is probably best
* Can create other SIMS for the town, but not for the house.
* Cannot marry a Rich SIM... if the SIM is rich, he can't move in with all his money, have to go off of what you have only....
* Cannot have Mod that will interfere with money, static needs, or other things like that. If you do have it, you cannot use it.
* No "All Static Needs" cheat - but in an emergency you can do a quick "make all happy" cheat or adjust the sliders if you have on the "testingcheatsenabled true" cheat active. But try not to use that.
* No Money Cheats, you can only go with what you can make.
* Cannot use mods that mess with profession or skills (no advancing w/o working for it)
* Can use any house or lot (building your own house)
* Fertility Boost is fine (Lifetime Rewards)
* Dad can be one guy or multiple guys, could be a different guy for each pregnancy.
* Each Pregnancy is assigned a letter of the alphabet and the baby's name has to start with that letter. So if she's pregnant with her first, it's A .... for example if it's one boy, you could name him Addam. If it's twin girls, you could name them Ava and Ana ... for the second pregnancy it would be B, and then C, no matter how many babies in that pregnancy, they are all named with that letter, Mom will end up being pregnant 26 times, using names A thru Z .....
* No Adoption
* Previous to Children the SIM can do anything to make money (Profession or Work-from-Home jobs) ...
* Once pregnant, SIM must stay home and make money from home (writing, art, gardening & selling produce, fishing, sculpting, inventing, etc and so on... anything you can do to make money and stay home for the family.) IF the SIM is married, the father or the mother can stay home and do whatever for money, and the other SIM can have a profession if they want.
* HOWEVER, if the father dies, for whatever reason, then the Mother has to stay home. If the Mother dies, well, then you are screwed and have to start your game over! (MUAHHAHHAHA) Children can die ... Daddy's can die... but the Mommy, she must LIVE! So seriously, if she dies for any reason, you have to start over. You can continue with that game and use one of her children to start the challenge over, or you can start over completely, or you can not save your game and try to not kill her that time through...
* You can have a roommate, HOWEVER, if the SIM gets married, or has a significant other move in, the roommate has to go. They can only have one adult in the house other then themselves, unless the adult is her child.
* Teen/Adult children can help raise the younger children (teaching them to talk, walk, potty train)
* Must teach every child to at least talk and walk
* Can hire babysitters to help out but you cannot leave raising up to the babysitters
* You do not have to wait for the child's birthday to "age" them up. You can do that at any time, however, make sure you teach your children to talk and walk.
* Children and Teens MUST attend school
* Can use all other cheats that have not been discussed in listing ... including over-stuffing house mods, and any other mods

1 point for each pregnancy
pregnancy results in twins, extra 2 pts.
pregnancy results in triplets, extra 3 pts.
5 pts. for each skill you have maxed out
10 pts. for each 'extra challenge' within each skill you have completed
1 pt. for each good friend you have
5 pts. for each best friend you have
5 pts. for each sim that fathered your children
10 pts. for each sim you marry that also fathered at least one child
50 pts. if you reach the top of your career level by the time your 26th pregnancy results in a birth

your mommy sim
each 'baby daddy'
each baby born (if twins or trips they need to be in the same shot) at each stage of development
a family shot of everyone in your household after the birth of each baby (while that sim is still a baby)
